carrot cakes - xmas pressie pt 2

here's 2nd part of the pressies - despite of bad migraine, baking have to go on so as not to disappoint anyone :) though no promises was given or rather said. at the point of baking - all pains just disappeared from the tots but when you stopped, there the pain is back again
it's so wonderful once the completed product is being displayed in front of you. the feeling of satisfaction - no words can describe :)

shepherd's pie

hi hi!! - alittle late in posting this - another celebration yet again - this round me made/brought/contributated shepherd's pie ;0) and cheese biscuits and chocolate almond cookies and tarts and mocha lapis and lapis surabaya and guess what?? i didnt take phots of other goodies - silly old me....... ,( but pls enjoy the pictures :)

baby food!!

baby food!? hmmmmm - my freezer has turned to be a storage for baby food it seems. these are boiled(simmer) and blended: greens peas, carrots and apples - NO SALT n SUGAR ( helooo baby food remember :) ) how i love making them......
here's a funny story to make your day;
once a upon a time (cut the crap!! and get to the point- eh this is about baby food story so i got to start with once a upon a time LOL). there was a day that i made sandwiches for my bro-in-law and c/o my niece. she the smart alex put a container of apple puree in the bag and he tot it was for him and he said "wah sedap lah the sauce" he told my sister and she told me. i was thinking of the home made thousand island sauce so i made another sandwich for him and he said " no lah not this sauce!" ahahaha than only we realised that it was the apple sauce the he had. LOL ahahahaha. so you see now, baby food is also for adults!!! walah!! and oh yes! he threw away the recycle container. thats my bro-in-law. :).........
so my little baby, sorry you didnt get your dessert that day.

minny carrot cupcake

carrot good for your eyes as said by many :) and yes these are minny carrot cakes topped with lemon cream cheese and roasted walnut. thk you for stopping by and enjoy viewing.

fyi: 4 cups in a box

it was 2bzees muffins and now it is strawberry muffins..... :) oooo dont i love baking. these muffins are the normal version with baking powder and soda and vanilla added to the mixture and emmmm it DOES!! make a different :) but pls..... use sweet strawberries or your muffins will taste with one eye shut when you eat it ;) in other words SOUR!!

halooooooo - yup yup me back after a long.......missing in action. 2bzeeeees - too busy and blueberries (thats what it meant by 2 different ppl - 1) me and 2) mohd zain(my bushuk bahbah)
he loved 2 bzees so we decided to try out 2 bzees muffin (no dairy product!!!!) no bp, no van, no bs -shwuuuu! allergies! hope he will like it. this is for you B3 - enjoy!

brownies for 2 yr old

halo halo - in the midst of baking my hari raya cookies and lapis, i had to bake these little cuties for a 2 yr old girl. cant reject as it is an extra income and i love baking them (one of my favourite). these are brownies topped with dinosaurs and fishes sprinkles and sugared animal figurine (bought overseas ;) - now i got to hunt for the stock again). every different order is a challenged for me as i dont know what or rather how to topped them with and it all depends on the request and occasion. however, i cant wait for january to come as i have a big surprise idea for big occasion. its goin to be so cutey...... till later, thank u again for look see look see. cheers! enjoy the pics you all. :)
