here's another gift aways for/from NoorAlya (Azreen's little princess). Tot i'll do something different from the first gift aways. Is it going to stop? I dont think so..... These are "balls with guts" - brownie balls - double chocolate balls dip in ganache and decorated.
and who says chocolate is sinful! its good for your heart but not too much.;p enjoy!

her comes the bigger challenge from previous - and yet another baking

baking for a new member of the family name - NoorAlya Binte Abdul Hafiz - daughter of Azreen Noor - sister to Md Zain - and i am one proud grandaunty (Bok - that's what she's goin to call me).
these were finally decided to be given away as a thank you gift for sharing their joy and making time to vist them and their new born. azreen decided that i baked sugee cake and topped with a squirt of butter icing and a tiny minnie daisy (which she didnt know that she's gonna give birth to a baby girl - mere coincidence). a box of nine mini sugee cake.
total no of boxes completed : 80
total no of mini cupcakes baked : 720 cups
total no of days taken : 2 days - 9 to 5
my kitchen have turned to a temporary confectionery. LOL. i am one crazy nenek/aunty/sister.
the end product made me smile wide :) and i was happy to have baked so many. didnt think that i could make it but yet i have another 20 to bake. was asked to stopped at the moment as there were enough.
i had a call from a man yesterday afternoon - 09/01/09 - 14.36 (thk u to the mobile that shows the date and time) - asking about the cost - he said he was very much interested with it and that he will call soon and i am waiting.

Balls with guts - brownie balls i mean.

and yet another baking idea. well i cant sit still and think of nothing while there is something in the kitchen that i need to clear. so here goes: these are made from brownies. brownies that i dont wish to swollow down into my gut. i decided to make it into a ball and topped with different toppings. alot more topping ideas but these are what i can think of at the spur of the moment. an idea for another sell off. hmmmm any takers. its the best ever balls. non so far have got this idea. therefore i claim a copywright on this item. should i introduce this to my niece who will be managing a cafe soon? hei deen, what about this instead of my original idea of the gift aways? any wedding in the family coming up? i shall sponsor these balls.

Baking -vip

my new challenge baking this particular brownies. its not an ordinary brownies that i baked, as my per normal. this time, it is for a vip. so!? i am out of ideas though it look simple, my question is : will it be acceptable to the person who will be receiving it? though it has been done before for my bro-in-law, it is diiferent when comes to the outside world. i got to arrange for special request. how many cups will do, does it have to be plain?, should it be gaudy? should i write in CAPITAL letters? will my writing be nice or so so? every single cup i spread the ganache i wipe my hands, every single flower i placed, i will check my fingers for stains to make sure that the nex flower is not smudge!!! errrrr! stress but its a damn good challenge! thk you to the two ppl who have made this possible and a stepping stone (a big stone ahead ). every single challenged/baking i made, i told myself, there is room for improvement and there will always be a better ideas. there is no BUTS. Looks always matters not just the taste. mind the taste matters so is the look. enjoy the pic and thk you for stopping by. cheers! to my tiny winy challenged which is big to me. aint no chicken feed! ;p
