hi there again - as i am alittle busy these cuple of days i have indicated the date of which the ordered is delivered. 29th may 2009 - lucas film?? yup!! - had a call from the staff and she ordered 3 boxes of brownies. requested to be cut alittle bigger from the usual buffet cut. request granted. baked 3 trays and gave away 1 tray to my niece who had catering the following day and i had to bake another. thank god i still have have 6 hours before midnite and yes i did it. i forgot to snap a pic or two - shuks!! oops! sorry! mind my language. its ok the deco is almost the same. however, the pic on the brownies that i gave my niece as a complimentary advertisement will be posted soon.

16th may 2009 - 2.30pm - rushes home from azreen's hse to baked this brownie cake. hi there, pls dont laugh at the last pic (ahahahaha - lol). it was a last minute decision to bake this cake and had to leave the house by 5.30pm???? baking is no problem, its the stand to cool the cake is the kanchiong part. in a hurry to get the cake ready and cant wait but it got cool off alittle. i decide to pipe a rosette ganache and i did and it stand for couple of mins and walah.......it melted!!! OH NO!!!!! - thk got its only for tasneem and not someelse's order - i'll be dead!! matter of fact while baking the cake i fell asleep and it got a tinny wninny burnt on the side hmmmmm but its ok. sorry tas. i can have the option not to post this in my blog but hei!! i am onlu human and human tend to make mistakes and i am not a perfectionist. :) so take a look at the pic. so sad....but ok lah

halooooo - i received a call while doing my part time job in a physio clinic, and her name is also aminah - oh wow! what a coincident. i didnt want to accept the order cos was damn tired but i cannot allow opportunity to past by. it maybe a free advertisement, so i did. how tired you can be but if its passion and things that you enjoy doing, well the end product is always good and make you smile wide :)............:) happy surfing and thank you again and again for stopping by.

i tot she wanted only cupcakes but brownies too... and of cos i am so happy to have heard that cos in a thousand times ifyou ask me to bake brownies, em em......i like...... its only the toppings that i wished i can changed but they wanted the same. sometimes simple deco makes it look more sweeter. hehe. soon i'll show you. just look out for it. help!!! the 2nd pic i cant seems to rotate it. hm.....

for my momma - happy mummy/mak day - 10 May 2009
mother's day - dedicated to my momma (mummy/mak) - whatever way or languagge you may call - mother is always a mother in their own ways. the best mom in the world!? everybody seems to think and say that. it is uncomparable and priceless.
mom - you have brought us to the world with full of challenges and sins but that wasnt your choice. however, you have educated and warned us again and again and again, non stopped though we are on our own feet (which you think and foretell that it will be worst than being a child - guess you were right mom). mom always have the instinct of good and bad. mom has always been and is on our back to catch us fall. has she ever stopped praying for us? nope!! i dont think so. thank you mom for that. be it big or small babies, mom has an eagle eye for her chicks. what will we do without mom, of cos you doh doh, we will be in lost. no mom to turn to. no mom to talk to. no mom to say -"are you ok?". where's mom's voice? we will start missing her love, her voice, her appearance (no matter how irritating she can be), her advises, her laughter and most of all her prayers for all her children.
do we appreciate all that? - oops!! we may have forgotten. filial? yes and no. its hard to be filial. hei! dont lie cos we are not 100%. i can say we are only 80% if that is it. just wonder what if we dont have a mom like yours and mine and we have a mom that some ppl who dont deserved to be called mummy/mak. i am scared and shall not go further. take a moment and say alittle prayer for your mom - she need it and its the best give ever - priceless!!!
to all mothers - happy mothers day - kids are to be loved and taken care with appreciation - its god's gift.

so this cake was baked specially for her - victoria sandwich cake - recipe was from my secondary school domestic class and i clearly remembered that my classmate (shall not mentioned name here) was slapped (ouch!!!) by the teacher, cos she took alittle extra jam. oooo....thank god i didnt get that slapped, cos i was alittle to greedy too. but of cos the version of the cake has been modified (knowing its me who baked it). its topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
simplest cake ever and she has been reminding me that i owed her this cake since (guess when?) last november, 2008. i am sorry mom and and very glad that you got to taste it or i shall regret it for the rest of my life. hehe. jangan marah ya. i lup u.

cream puff or profiteroles and sheppard's pie - that kept me busy for a day - i like....
hi there - its been awhile since march that i updated my blog. busy doin my part time job and attending classes and yipee........! i'm back. whatever you want and may call it - be it cream puff or profiteroles or custard puff or durian puff - its the same, in each individual way. :) these were baked for special occasion as part of my contribution for the love one being remembered in different way. May ALLAH bless her soul and place her with all saints in his special paradise. Ameen.
the following is puff filled with chocolate cream and a touch of white chocolate
to be placed or kept in either freezer or fridge and to thaw atleast an hour before serving
the following is puff filled with vanilla cream and topped with chocolate ganache - some or rather most called these profiteroles - enjoy the pics, oops!! sorry. but that's all i can offer in my blog. ;)
these are mini sheppard's pie - instead of the normal big ones - cos sometimes, ppl may scoop more and cant finish them - so why waste - per serving is about 2 spoonfulls - nothing should be put to waste :)
