16th may 2009 - 2.30pm - rushes home from azreen's hse to baked this brownie cake. hi there, pls dont laugh at the last pic (ahahahaha - lol). it was a last minute decision to bake this cake and had to leave the house by 5.30pm???? baking is no problem, its the stand to cool the cake is the kanchiong part. in a hurry to get the cake ready and cant wait but it got cool off alittle. i decide to pipe a rosette ganache and i did and it stand for couple of mins and walah.......it melted!!! OH NO!!!!! - thk got its only for tasneem and not someelse's order - i'll be dead!! matter of fact while baking the cake i fell asleep and it got a tinny wninny burnt on the side hmmmmm but its ok. sorry tas. i can have the option not to post this in my blog but hei!! i am onlu human and human tend to make mistakes and i am not a perfectionist. :) so take a look at the pic. so sad....but ok lah
