after the first batch of pineapple tarts and cheese biscuits (2 bottles each) and 1.5kg of rempah lapis flew to shanghai on the 21st Jan (which i am happy about ; ) ) yet again its the lady bird and mr beetle time!! 100 chocolate cupcakes of which decorated with 50 lady bird and 50 beetle for the celebaration of gino and aized's new born who turns 1 month tomorrow 31 Jan 2010 (born 1st Jan 2010 - same as aized - how lucky can that be!! ) congrats aized :)
nex big thing coming end of february and thereafter, time to pack my bag and leave the country for awhile ;) or rather my oven needs a rest before the nex major baking which is hari raya ro come by very very soon........before this, there are baking to be completed by nex weekend for chinese new year order tarts and cheese and cashew nuts and lapis and butter cookies

project came too soon!! wah kelang kabut eh!! so here it is despite the headache and the tiredness and the preparations for the new year celebration - so this was what you get in between - sorry lah it was not so neat but it taste good and shiok ok lah ;) the ganache had some little choc bits so it dint want to be piped out from the nozzle so had to just spread the ganache instead - wanted to pipe rosetted but failed - aiyer.........!! kelang kabut lah :(
but above all it was made with love and from bottom of my heart to my lovely niece aized who gave birth to a baby boy!! congrats zedy and baby may ALLAH bless the both of you with good health and the very best for the future!! and happy bday zedy - 1st jan - now got to share with baby :) - how great can that be!! hope you like the gift aways!!
