oh yes!!! and yet another bday celebration/party in the family - how we loved to celebrate bday and get together bcos, MAKAN!!!! :) as usual i loved to suggest part of the menu. suggesting meaning, baking!! my menu contributions listed up to 9 types and yes oh yes!! it is hard work and much loved doin it!! you even forget the pains and hungry stomach while doin it. anyway, here are the menus and pictures for your viewing and drooooooling (oops!!) but of cos, wah so shiok!!
1) lemon curd and choc mousse and choc ganache
2) apple tartlet
3) mince meat tartlet (ala mince pie)
4) custard n strawberry tartlet
5) chicken, leeks, mushroom and mashed pie
6) chicken nuggets
7) hashbrown
8) sandwiches - chicken ham / beef pastrami / cheese
9) gift aways - fruit cake and brownies in a box top with ballerina and cars - as the theme party is princess and cars
oh so yummy!! - all served in 50's - too tired that i didnt even eat any and not even those that are not listed in the menu such as, chicken rice, baked pasta, open face salmon sandwich, buffet cut brownies, 3 types of malay kueh - my my so much food!! thats party to our family - we always and have to make sure that each an everyone is well fed and tapow!!!

chinese new year

before february ends, i better post what i did in the month of february. first and foremost to all chinese celebrating chinese new year - kong hee fatt choy!! (that's before mandarin was totally introduced and encourage to be spoken - gong xi fa cai!!) fatt fatt fatt!! and now its huat huat huat!!!! :) whatever it maybe, have a happy and prosperous new year all!!! i was pretty busy with baking that i didnt have time to post pictures in my blog - thank you again and again for stopping by and pls do enjoy the pics
oh yes!! in total 30 bottles of cookies SOLD!! for this cny to celebrate the year of the tiger - ROAR!!!!
3 cashews - 2 butter cookies - 3- cheese - 22 tarts (bottles) and i had to reject the lapis due to some reasons - sorry guys next time. :)
