yoyo wats up?! - this was wats up - brownie cheese cake :) though i wrongly estimated the size of the tin/mould but it is delicious - wuhuuuuu of cos as you can see thru the pics ; brownie bottom and topped with cheese cake pls do enjoy viewing and thks for peeping ;) cheers mate!

almond tartlet - dessert for tea and after dinner

as i was about to leave the house it poured, yesterday. being confined in the four walls i got bored and this was what happened :) my neighbour benefitted a couple and so was my oh you know stays near me ") heh heh heh - cheers all! :)

cheese cake - strawberry n blueberry

just as i tot my nex baking will be on the 4th of april but......
cheesy as i felt - so this was what happened after feeling cheesy!!! LOL!! yup again my oven had to do what it was meant to built for. mini individual strawberry and blueberry cheese cakes. no sharing just right for 1 person after a very full meal. bake these cheese cakes for my anak angkat, lesley for her baby girl's full month, Ashleigh. she is so adorable. congrats les.

strawberry cheese cake - out of the blues

just as i tot my oven is put to rest, and i did it again!! - the weather was so hot that i couldnt even take a shor nap in the afternoon with the fan on!! so i decided to bake cheese cake so here it is strawberry cheese cake with digestive biscuits crumbs as the base - its so yummy!! i changed the recipe alittle though so the cake taste less sweet and not so "jelak" (umph) but still umph!!
