Moist Dark Choc Cake wt Ganache
today i got up late -not knowing it was 11am and i hate to do hse work starting at this time so i decided to bake a choc cake - the end result, the pictures speaks for itself :) enjoy guys and thk you very much for browsing :) cheers!! - coming soon, dont know yet but there sure to be something nex weekend :) and i like.....

Carrot Cake yet again
a week ago fren of my sister told her that she missed eating my carrot cake and she had bought from from somewhere "C" and she said its so much different from my of which my taste better - that's her words :) and i am happy and appreciate her true comment - so my sister ordered from me for her - i like to have different deco each time i bake my cake cos it will be unique to each an every cake for individual - these are with mini red n white sugar daisies and sprinkles of lemon zest with chopped almond at the side
bread pudding with a different twist - savoury it is
thinking of bread pudding but want something different - so it is savoury bread pudding with lots of stuffs in it - sedap but alitte salty aiyah!! tot i taste it was ok but never mind lah jadi also :)

yes and yet its another carrot cake - particular client loves this so much that within couple of months he ordered again and this was also baked on the 5 may 2010 for a dear dear fren
Apple Cake in the making
yup it has been couple of weeks since i am back at my blog - here goes.....
had an order for apple cake which was baked 5 may 2010 and i didnt have time to post in my blog and i shall quote words from frens in my FB
i had 2 version - one round and the other rectangle - the round was for uncle andrew's order and the other was for my late aunty's prayers
with this apple cake, who needs apple pie - hmmmmm shiok when its warm and with vanilla custard emmmm
